To increase efficiency of and simplify emissions reporting, DNR requires that emissions be reported electronically using the State & Local Emissions Inventory system (SLEIS). The option of reporting emissions in paper forms is no longer available for Title V sources. SLEIS user account forms and the login portal can be accessed at https://programs.iowadnr.gov/sleis.
