Minor Source Emission Inventory Instructions and Forms

As of January 1, 2023, the DNR is mandating the use of the State and Local Emissions Inventory System (SLEIS) for emissions inventory submittals. This will serve to simplify the submittal process and ensure an accurate emissions inventory report.
