Coming in March, DNR will have an option for livestock and poultry farmers to submit their annual Manure Management Plan (MMP) updates and pay compliance fees online. The electronic (eMMP) option provides a simplified process for producers, their consultants, counties and the DNR.

Air Quality Fees Adopted by the Environmental Protection Commission

The Environmental Protection Commission adopted rules and a fee schedule for asbestos notification fees and application fees for construction and operating permits during the December 15 meeting. The rules were adopted and filed emergency after notice, meaning that they will become effective today. The new fees included on the fee schedule will become effective on January 15, 2016.

On October 8, 2015, the Environmental Protection Commission (EPC) approved a Notice of Intended Action for asbestos notification fees and application fees for construction and operating permits.
