Des Moines – An ice fishing meet-up is scheduled for Feb. 6 at the Ankeny Lake on the DMACC campus at 2:30 p.m. to introduce participants to the basics of ice fishing. Experienced ice anglers will be on hand with limited loaner equipment and bait.
Previously scheduled for Jan. 17, the event was postponed due to forecasted subzero temperatures.
