DES MOINES – Producers attending the Iowa Pork Congress Jan. 28 in Des Moines can fulfill annual training requirements for manure applicator certification.
The two-hour confinement site training will be led by Jeff Prier, Iowa DNR, and Dan Andersen, Iowa State University, from 10 a.m. to noon in Room 103 on the lower level of Hy-Vee Hall. Producers must be on time and stay for the entire session to qualify for certification.
