MASON CITY – The trout stocking at Blue Pit has been moved to Nov. 26 at 11:00 a.m. Previously scheduled for Nov. 27, the stocking was moved up a day due to the winter storm forecast for the area on Tuesday night and Wednesday.
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources will stock 1,500 trout in Blue Pit.
