Join us at the Iowa Strategic Goals Program 1-day workshop on May 1, 2019! At this workshop attendees will hear from Jim Gulliford, EPA Regional Administrator who will discuss EPA’s environmental priorities. An Iowa DNR Environmental Specialist Senior will discuss and answer your questions about the Pre-treatment Requirements for industry and how to comply. EPA compliance officers will explain the new RCRA Pharmaceutical Rule that requires facilities to develop and implement a comprehensive pharmaceutical hazardous waste management program. EPA will also discuss the proposed RCRA Aerosol Rule which is scheduled to be finalized in August 2019.
