DES MOINES – DNR staff work with individuals, businesses and communities to help them protect our natural resources by complying with state and federal laws. This approach is very effective. Comply with open burning and solid waste disposal laws and regulations, properly remove all remaining solid waste from property, and pay $7,850 penalty.
Polk County
HP Properties, LLC
Conduct site assessment at former landfill and conduct corrective measures at the site. Order also includes $10,000 penalty.
