The Iowa Department of Natural Resource (DNR) has changed the public hearing date and public comment deadline for a proposed rulemaking. Previously, the DNR had announced that it had extended the public comment deadline and added an additional public hearing for the proposed Ease of Application Rulemaking. The public hearing date has been moved from August 17 to Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the conference rooms at the DNR's Air Quality Bureau located at 7900 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, Iowa. The DNR will also accept written comments until 4:30 p.m. on September 5, 2017.
