DES MOINES - Due to continued increasing interest and participation in the DNR’s Solid Waste Alternatives Program (SWAP), coupled with decreased available funding, the DNR will not currently accept new funding proposal requests.
The DNR will continue to evaluate available resources, and may consider accepting proposals for projects again in summer 2017. This does not affect projects currently receiving funding.
