CALLENDER – A boil advisory issued for the city of Callender in Webster County has been lifted.
A main break that occurred when a storm sewer was being installed left the city without water Monday morning. The boil advisory was issued due to the potential for bacterial contamination when the system lost pressure.
Two sets of water samples indicate the water is now safe to drink.
