The Iowa Environmental Protection Commission approved the Fourth Quarter Updates to the Intended Use Plans for fiscal year 2016. The Commission took the action on March 15 at their meeting in Ankeny, Iowa. The updates included a proposal for offering loan forgiveness to Drinking Water SRF projects involving public health impacts, water and energy efficiency, emergency generation, and disadvantaged communities. In the next couple of weeks we will prepare a fact sheet on eligibility and send out a project solicitation.
