Comment Requested on Draft Fact Sheet "Is Modification to My Air Construction Permit Needed?"

The DNR has developed a draft fact sheet to provide additional clarification to applicants of when a modification may or may not be necessary to an existing air construction permit. The information presented in the document addresses twenty-one common modification scenarios encountered by industry.

The draft fact sheet titled “Is Modification to My Air Construction Permit Needed?” is located at https://www.iowadnr.gov/idnr/About-DNR/Boards-Commissions/Air-Quality-Client-Contact-Mtg. The document is a first draft and we are looking for comments on the usefulness of the document and also any other common scenarios we could add. DNR will be presenting and accepting comments on the draft fact sheet at the Air Quality Client Contact Meeting held on Thursday, November 19, starting at 1:00 p.m. The DNR will also accept comments related to the draft fact sheet until 4:30 p.m. on Monday, November 30, 2015.
