Backbone State Park open, no flood damage

DUNDEE, Iowa – Backbone State Park is open for park visitors and received no flood damage from the many recent rounds of severe weather.

DNR officials closed Backbone State Park temporarily for one night a few weeks ago due to high water over the trout stream bridges that soon had receded.
