KELLOGG - A boil advisory in the Jasper County city of Kellogg was lifted this morning after test results showed the tap water is safe to drink.
The city issued the precautionary advisory Tuesday following a Jan. 2 break in a small water main, which caused the city to lose water pressure. After completing repairs, the city sent water samples for laboratory testing Wednesday and Thursday to determine if bacteria had entered the water system.
